A Gentle and Confident Start to Violin Learning 🎻
Starting violin the right way builds confidence, good technique, and a lifelong love for music. Our Beginner Violin programme is thoughtfully designed for young learners and first-time students, offering step-by-step guidance in a supportive and encouraging environment.
With individual attention or small group lessons (maximum 2 students), every beginner receives the care and focus needed to develop strong fundamentals from day one.
What students will learn
Our beginner lessons focus on building a solid foundation through clear, structured instruction:
- Proper violin and bow hold
- Correct posture and hand positioning
- Basic bowing techniques
- Reading simple music notation
- Playing open strings and beginner melodies
- Developing listening and rhythm skills
Lessons are paced according to each student’s learning speed, ensuring progress without pressure.
